Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation

a) Reservation Confirmation: All bookings made through Explorify Group L.L.C. are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

b) Booking Details: Once a booking is confirmed, an email with a booking reference number and detailed itinerary will be sent. Please review all details and contact us immediately if any discrepancies are found.
2. Payment Terms

a) Payment Methods: Explorify Group L.L.C. accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, Mobile Banking, UPI and digital wallets.

b) Payment Timing: At Explorify Group L.L.C.; we accept 100% full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For certain services or packages, partial payment may be required, with the balance due before the travel date.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

a) Flights: Cancellations are subject to airline policies. Explorify Group L.L.C. will process cancellations according to the terms and conditions of Airlines.

b) Hotels: Cancellation policies vary from hotel to Hotel. Please refer to the hotel’s specific cancellation policy at the time of booking. Explorify Group L.L.C. is not responsible for cancellation of the same.

c) Holiday Packages: At Explorify Group L.L.C.; we offer a complete Holiday Package that can be viewed online at the time of Booking. Cancellations are subject to the package provider’s terms. Fees may apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the travel date.

d) Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation and Refund policy of the company. Processing times may vary. Explorify Group L.L.C. will assist in facilitating refunds but is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4.Changes; if any

a) Modification Requests: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

b) Fees: Modification fees may apply, depending on the type of service and the terms set by the provider.
5.Travel Documents

a) Required Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits, are valid and in order and correct.

b) Document Review: Explorify Group L.L.C. is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documents. Please review all documentation requirements well in advance of your travel date.
6.Special Requests

a) Special Requirements: Requests for special accommodations (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility features) should be made at the time of booking. Explorify Group L.L.C. will do our best to accommodate these requests, but they are not guaranteed.

b) Additional Costs: Special requests may incur additional costs, which will be communicated to you prior to finalizing the booking.
