Service Policy

1. Explorify Group L.L.C. may charge additional service fees for certain transactions based on the policy of company. These fees will be clearly disclosed during the booking process. User agrees to pay all applicable fees associated with User’s use of our Services.

2. If the user wishes to avail any additional services, they will inform Explorify Group L.L.C.. Explorify Group L.L.C. will then contact local vendors to arrange the services at cheap and feasible rates. Additional facilities will be provided only based on availability. Explorify Group L.L.C. does not guarantee any additional facilities.

3. Payment for additional facilities will be made to Explorify Group L.L.C., and Explorify Group L.L.C. will pay the service provider directly as per the terms and conditions mutually agreed between them.

4. Explorify Group L.L.C. may update or modify this Service Policy from time to time. Explorify Group L.L.C. will notify User of any significant changes by posting the new policy on Explorify Group L.L.C.’ platform. User’s continued use of Explorify Group L.L.C.’ Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explorify Group L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from User’s use of Explorify Group L.L.C.’ Services.

6. User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when booking travel services through Explorify Group L.L.C.’ platform. Explorify Group L.L.C. is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by you.
