CONTENT MODERATION RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM THIRD-PARTY ACCESS USAGE OF PLATFORM AND THIRD-PARTY SERVERS

 

1. CONTENT MODERATION:

  1. Explorify Group L.L.C. only accept customer reviews from its valuable customers who have booked Tickets and/ or completed a hotel stay with us. Explorify Group L.L.C. may also, from time to time, obtain and display customer reviews from other third party service providers. Reviews may include a rating, text, and/or images.
  1. All the reviews submitted by customers flow are first moderated by automatically by use of computer software. The reviews that do not pass the auto-moderation check due to various reasons - like suspected fraud reviews, indecent reviews etc. are manually moderated.
  1. While manually moderating reviews, Explorify Group L.L.C. makes best efforts to ensure that the intent, meaning or the language of the review is not changed. This means that neither will the reviews get edited for grammar, spellings, sentence construction, use of abbreviations, nor will it be edited to make it more comprehensible. Explorify Group L.L.C. understand that customers are not professional writers and any change in the content make the reviews look fake and fabricated.
  1. Explorify Group L.L.C. make reasonable efforts to detect fake reviews. Explorify Group L.L.C. reserve the right to delete and investigate any review we have reason to believe is fake. Explorify Group L.L.C. may also cease showing reviews of a property if the management of the property changes.
  1. Explorify Group L.L.C. make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, genuineness or veracity of any review. Anyone who relies on such reviews does so at their own risk.

 

2. RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM:

  1. Explorify Group L.L.C. use ‘Recommendation’ systems to display information on Platform in a way that’ll help user to discover properties we think user will like. The search results are based on the recommendation system, wherein the results are shown as per the information filled by User in the search form Like Destination, Number of Guests, Budget(s) etc., along with the information captured by us on User’s past usage of Explorify Group L.L.C.’ platform. The performance on a property on the platform, and its ranking in the search results is also based on its Gross Bookings, Net Bookings, Reviews, Location, Price, Type of property and the click rate of the property etc.
  1. The search results are also based on the recommendation system and the accommodations shown to User are purely based on the information provided by User in the search form. The accommodations shown may further be narrowed down by other filters like price range, user rating, area, type of property etc.
  1. The search results are sorted based on popularity as a Default. If the user wishes to see the results in other manner, the user may sort the results basis on user rating, and price (lowest first) and price (highest first). The recommendation system may further be influenced by how the other customers are using Explorify Group L.L.C.’ platform and have similar preferences as used by User.
  1. Travel Packages are available on website only. User can access the same from the portal.

 

3. THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO CLIENT INFORMATION AND ALLIED DISCLOSURES

  1. Information Sharing

By using Explorify Group L.L.C.’ services, User acknowledge and agree that Explorify Group L.L.C. may share User’s personal information with third parties as described in this section. This is done to provide and enhance services, comply with legal obligations, and for other purposes as outlined below.

  1. Third-Party Service Providers

Explorify Group L.L.C. may disclose User’s personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating business, including but not limited to:

  • a) Travel Partners: Airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel-related service providers necessary to fulfil User’s travel bookings.
  • b) Payment Processors: Financial institutions and Payment Gateways that process transactions related to User’s bookings.
  • c) Technical Support: Providers who support IT infrastructure, data storage, and security systems.

These third parties are bound by contractual obligations to use User’s information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed and to protect User’s information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  1. Legal and Regulatory Requirements

Explorify Group L.L.C. may also disclose User’s information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:

  • a) Law Enforcement: In response to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, from law enforcement agencies or other government authorities.
  • b) Regulatory Authorities: To meet the requirements of regulatory bodies, including those overseeing consumer protection, financial transactions, and data security.
  1. Business Transfers

In the event of a Merger, Acquisition, or Sale of all or a portion of Explorify Group L.L.C.’ assets, we may transfer User’s personal information to the acquiring entity. Explorify Group L.L.C. may ensure that such a transfer is subject to confidentiality obligations and complies with applicable privacy laws.

  1. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

Explorify Group L.L.C. may use and disclose aggregated, anonymized, or identified data for various purposes, including research, analysis, and marketing. This data does not identify User personally and is used to improve our services and understand user trends.

  1. Consent

By agreeing to Explorify Group L.L.C.’ user agreement and using our services, User consent to the sharing of personal information as outlined above. If we intend to use User’s information for purposes not described in this agreement, Explorify Group L.L.C. will seek User’s explicit consent before such use.

  1. Data Security

Explorify Group L.L.C. are committed to protecting User’s personal information through appropriate technical and organizational measures. While Explorify Group L.L.C. take reasonable steps to secure User’s data, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

  1. User’s Rights

User have the right to access, correct, or delete User’s personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more information on how to exercise these rights, please refer to Privacy Policy or contact customer support team.

  1. Changes to This Policy

From Time to Time; Explorify Group L.L.C. secure all the rights to update this section of User Agreement to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Explorify Group L.L.C. will notify User of any significant changes through Explorify Group L.L.C.’ website or other communication channels.

 

4. USAGE OF PLATFORM AND THIRD-PARTY SERVERS

  1. Platform Usage

By accessing and using Explorify Group L.L.C. platform (the “Platform”), User agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. The Platform includes our website, and/ or mobile applications, and any other digital or online services we provide. User’s use of the Platform is subject to the following terms:

  • a) Authorized Use: User agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to accessing or attempting to access areas of the Platform that are not intended for user, is prohibited.
  • b) Account Security: User are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of User’s account or any other breach of security.
  1. Third-Party Servers

Explorify Group L.L.C. Platform may be hosted on third-party servers and cloud infrastructure providers. These third-party servers are utilized to deliver Explorify Group L.L.C.’ services efficiently and reliably. The following terms apply to use of these servers:

  • a) Hosting Providers: Explorify Group L.L.C. use third-party hosting providers to store and manage data and to ensure the availability and performance of Explorify Group L.L.C. Platform. These providers are selected based on their ability to meet industry standards for security and reliability.
  • b) Data Storage and Transmission: User’s data may be stored and transmitted through third-party servers. Explorify Group L.L.C. employ measures to ensure that these servers are secure and that data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
  • c) Service Reliability: While Explorify Group L.L.C. strive to ensure that the Platform remains available and functional, Explorify Group L.L.C. do not guarantee uninterrupted access to their services. Service interruptions or outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  1. Third-Party Integration

The Platform may integrate with third-party services or applications, such as payment gateways, travel partners, or social media platforms. User’s use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Explorify Group L.L.C. do not control or assume responsibility for the practices of these third parties.

  • a) Third-Party Links: Explorify Group L.L.C.’ Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user’s convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content or practices of such third parties.
  • b) Data Sharing: When using third-party services integrated with Explorify Group L.L.C.’ Platform, user may be required to share certain personal information with those services. Explorify Group L.L.C. encourage the User to review the privacy policies and terms of these third parties before providing any personal information.
  1. Changes to Third-Party Services

Explorify Group L.L.C. may change or discontinue the use of third-party servers or services at their discretion. Explorify Group L.L.C. will make reasonable efforts to notify user of any significant changes that may affect User’s use of the Platform.

  1. Liability

While Explorify Group L.L.C. take reasonable measures to protect User’s data and ensure the functionality of their Platform, Explorify Group L.L.C. are not liable for any issues or damages arising from the use of third-party servers or services. This includes, but is not limited to, service outages, data breaches, or loss of data.
