Cancellation & Refund Policy

i.) At Explorify Group L.L.C., we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellation and Refund Policy depends on case to case basis and the same can also be verified from the tickets i.e., from Airline and/ or Hotel Reservations and/ or other services or receipt duly provided to the customer.

ii.) The Customer is not eligible for any refund in case of non-Refundable tickets of Hotels, Airlines, Railways, Yacht, Private jets, Taxies, etc., or other services provided by the company.

iii.) The customer is eligible for refund in case of Partial Refund/ Total refundable tickets of Hotels, Airlines, Railways, Yacht, Private jets, Taxies, etc., or other services provided by the company ONLY IF:

• • The same is duly mentioned in tickets or vouchers or booking confirmation details; AND
• • The booking amount is duly refunded to the company (Explorify Group L.L.C.) by the service provider.

iv.) The Customer will be entitled to receive a refund once Explorify Group L.L.C. has received the corresponding refund from the airline or Hotel or other service providers. Upon receipt of the refund from the Service provider, Explorify Group L.L.C. will process and return the refund to you. However, if the booking is non-refundable, Explorify Group L.L.C. will not initiate any refund, and you will not be entitled to any refund.

v.) Explorify Group L.L.C. will not be responsible for any cancellation charge and/ or delay of refund. The Customers shall not have the right to request or demand refunds from Explorify Group L.L.C., nor shall they hold Explorify Group L.L.C. liable for any refund obligations. Explorify Group L.L.C. reserves the sole authority to manage and process all refund transactions. Upon receipt of any applicable refund from service provider, Explorify Group L.L.C. will directly disburse the refund to the customer.

vi.) The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Explorify Group L.L.C. service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
