Today is your first day at leisure at Carlisle Bay. You can try your hand at the comprehensive range of water sports offered at the resort, including kayaking in the mangrove, windsurfing and paddleboarding, as well as motorised water sports such as waterskiing, wakeboarding and tubing.
Take some time to explore Nelson's Dockyard and pretty English Harbour, or you might like to take a day trip to Montserrat or the stunning pink sands of quiet Barbuda.
